The problem

You built it yourself. Now you're afraid to touch it.

Every piece of the stack works on its own, but wiring them by hand is a ticking time bomb: one update breaks the chain, SSL silently stops renewing, the backup you never tested is corrupt — and you find out at 2 AM, too late.

Afraid to update

“If it ain't broke, don't fix it.” The stack is so fragile and interdependent that touching one piece can take down the rest — so you freeze everything and pile up security debt.

Silent failure

The cert won't renew, the disk fills up, the backup writes empty files for months. No alert: you find out when it's already down, or when you try to restore and there's nothing there.

Your second job

It started as a way to save money and ended up stealing your nights, weekends and vacations. You maintain the tool more than you use it — and no one else knows how it's wired.

This is what it looks like — already in production

This is the real panel. And it's already in production.

A central DevOps panel. Deploy, monitor and operate your entire fleet —cloud and on-premise— from a single screen; the AI assistant handles the repetitive work for you.

Before / With Steer

The stack doesn't change. Who carries it does.

The same stack you already know —Docker, SSL, DNS, VPN, backups, monitoring— actually connected, with the panel kept running by us.

Today, all by hand
With Steer
SSL that expires silently; you find out from the outage.
Managed ACME: auto-renews and warns you days before it expires.
The backup you never tested — corrupt right when you need it.
Verified restore: multi-cloud backups you know will restore, before disaster.
An update breaks everything and you rebuild by hand for hours.
Deploy with health-check and automatic rollback to the last good image.
Ten pieces you connect and maintain by hand, one by one.
Integrated stack: Docker + proxy + SSL + DNS + VPN + monitoring, reproducible in one panel.
You hear about the outage from your client, at 2 AM.
Proactive monitoring: you see it —and the AI proposes the fix— before they call.
You operate it for free, on your nights and weekends.
We keep the panel running (hosting, updates, SLA): you run your infra, you don't maintain the tool. The AI acts only on your confirmation.

We speed up day one —the deploy— and we stay for day two: operations. You steer. It runs.

Everything in one platform

AI assistant over your infra

Diagnoses, proposes and runs actions on your real infrastructure —respecting permissions and always with your confirmation. It never acts on its own.

How it works

From zero to operating in three steps

No agents to install, nothing to rewrite. Steer connects to your servers over SSH and takes control from the panel.

1

Connect your servers

Add each server with IP + SSH key, or provision it with a single command. Cloud and on-premise, on the same private VPN network.

2

Deploy and operate

Launch services from Docker templates, set up DNS, SSL and backups, and watch everything on real-time dashboards.

3

We keep it running

We host, update and watch the panel for you. You're at the wheel of your infra; Steer does the heavy lifting. You steer. It runs.

Who it's for

Built for those who operate other people's infrastructure

If you manage lots of instances or servers for your clients, Steer takes the repetitive work off your plate.

Partners hosting client apps

Host dozens of client instances —SaaS, ERPs, e-commerce, dashboards— with deploy, backups with tested restore and monitoring, without giving away margin or being a sysadmin at 2 AM.

Proven case

AI and automation agencies

You sell automations on self-hosted n8n, WordPress or chatbots. Steer keeps those servers online so the SLA you promised actually holds.

MSPs and support companies

Add a recurring revenue line on a production-proven product, with no investment in infrastructure or development.

ISVs and per-instance SaaS

Deploy a stack per client? Centralize the full lifecycle and stop losing 20–30% of your team to operations.

Observability included

Monitoring and real-time dashboards

What an MSP charges extra for comes included and auto-configured: fleet status, traffic, latency, errors, CPU/RAM/disk and alerts — all on dashboards ready inside the panel.

What it does today, and what's next

From a panel you watch to infrastructure that looks after itself —within the limits you approve

Steer's AI evolves in stages, always with a human in command —and it's already most of the way there. We don't sell autonomous magic: we sell governance.

Today
Audit + kill-switch

Every assistant action is logged and reversible. You hold the kill-switch and control permissions.

Today
Proactive detection

Watches your fleet and spots anomalies —expiring SSL, disk or RAM near the limit, an app that stopped responding— and warns you before the outage.

Today
Governed remediation

Restarts or recreates failed services under the policy you define (allow / ask / deny). Off by default, with dry-run, an independent verifier and a circuit-breaker; production always requires your approval.

Vision
Learns your fleet

Learns your patterns and suggests cost, capacity and performance optimizations.

Production always requires your confirmation. Autonomy ships off by default and is dialed up per environment. Governance is a first-class citizen: the AI only acts on reversible, audited actions, respecting each user's permissions.
Why Steer

A solution that pays for itself

What you'd normally solve with an expensive MSP, an in-house DevOps or five separate tools, Steer integrates into one managed panel.

Self-host gives you control; Steer gives you control without the work. Coolify and Dokploy are great if you want to install, patch and stay on call yourself. Steer is the same idea —your stack, your servers— but we keep the panel running, with an SLA, mesh VPN, backups with tested restore and an AI assistant.

Indicative comparison by category. Third-party reference prices are market estimates, not offers.

Security by design

Sleep through the night: your infra won't wake you at 3 AM

Each client runs on its own dedicated VPS. Nobody shares keys and every action is logged.

1 isolated VPS per client

Your panel and your data live on a dedicated instance, separate from everyone else.

AES-256 encrypted backups

Multi-cloud, with tested restore and approvals for production.

Roles and auditing

3-level permissions, per-organization isolation and a log of every operation.

AI with confirmation

The assistant proposes and runs actions only with your confirmation. Never on its own.

Why you can trust the platform

The panel runs on the best of open source and the cloud

Every automation in the panel runs on industry-standard technology, a leader in its field. The client gets them all integrated, configured and maintained — with no accounts to set up, nothing to configure, nothing to maintain. We take care of all of it.

Who builds it

“We built Steer because we needed it in practice: 12 years managing 300+ instances taught us exactly what an infrastructure platform has to solve.”

Ivan Grandi · AgilizaTech — 12+ years in consulting and infrastructure. Steer already runs real infrastructure in production, today.

Real case (anonymous). An anchor client runs 100+ instances on Steer —cloud and on-premise unified over mesh VPN— stable, with no sysadmin on call. Full case study available under NDA.

Frequently asked questions

What you're probably wondering

Is it self-service or managed?

Managed. We host, secure and maintain the panel for you, on a dedicated VPS isolated per client. You run your infra; we maintain the platform.

How is it different from Coolify or Dokploy?

They're great tools, but they're self-host: you install, patch, scale and stay on call yourself. Steer starts from the same idea —your stack on your servers— but we keep the panel running, with an SLA, formal support, native mesh VPN, multi-cloud backups with tested restore, Prometheus/Grafana/Loki monitoring, multi-client with a portal and an AI assistant. Self-host gives you control; Steer gives you control without the operational work.

What happens if the panel goes down?

Your services keep running: the panel orchestrates your infrastructure, it's not in the critical path of your apps' traffic. The panel itself is managed and monitored by us with a 99.5% availability target.

Where does my infrastructure run?

On your servers —cloud or on-premise— joined in a single private VPN network. The central panel lives on your own VPS, separate from any other client's.

Does the AI assistant do things on its own?

No. It diagnoses and proposes actions, and only runs them with your confirmation, respecting each user's permissions.

What about my backups?

They're multi-cloud and AES-256 encrypted, with tested restore and approvals for production. Before any risky operation an automatic backup is taken.

Can I migrate my current infrastructure?

Yes. Add your existing servers over SSH and start operating them from the panel, with guided onboarding.

Do you have a partner program?

Yes: agencies, MSPs and integrators can resell Steer as a recurring revenue line. Write to us at hola@steer.run.
