About the plans

What counts as an “instance”?

Each containerized service you deploy: an app, a database, an n8n, etc. Your plan is defined by the total number of instances.

Are servers billed separately?

No. The servers you connect are included in the plan; you only pay per instance.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Move up or down a band as your instances change, month to month. No lock-in.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes: pay annually and two months are free (~17%).

Do you charge per user (per-seat)?

No. Add as many users as you need at no per-seat cost; the plan is defined only by the number of instances.

Is there a setup fee?

Onboarding depends on the band: on larger plans it's assisted and free of charge. We confirm it in the demo, no surprises.

What if I have more than 400 instances?

We have an Enterprise plan with custom pricing and SLA. Get in touch.

Do you have a partner program?
